Dear Valued Customer,

We are writing to inform you of a planned emergency maintenance outage due to failed core network hardware. While the hardware failure has not caused any impact to customers, the restoration process will result in multiple brief outages. Below are the details:

Maintenance Window:
• Start: Saturday, January 18, 2025, at 10:00 PM AEDT
• End: Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 2:00 AM AEDT

Impact on Services:
• There will be multiple short (5-10 minute) outages to our Melbourne POP during the maintenance window.
• SIP trunk voice traffic normally routed via Melbourne will be rerouted via Sydney for the duration of the maintenance window. Please note that this rerouting will be implemented prior to the start of the window to avoid disruption for any long calls.
• Cloud Phone System customers will be unable to place or receive calls during the short outages.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to restore and improve our network infrastructure.
